Yarning serves as a medium to establish build respectful relationships, exchange stories traditions, preserve pass cultural knowledge. The following discussion is with Oliver Costello, Bundjalung man, from the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. was instrumental in creating Firesticks Initiative, Alliance Jagun Alliance.
